Professional Photography

My First Wedding Shoot

This was my first chance to show my photography skills doing professional level work. I had recruited my friend Romark to be a second photographer. This was a long day that began with us shooting the stuff that was Set up for the ceremony and the reception. Our next job that we shot was the guests arriving as well as the greeter, my brother, passing out the Hawaiian leis. we shot this for awhile and then we got in place for the wedding ceremony. The ceremony was not to long but Romark and I shot like crazy. We shot the pastor speaking, the rings being exchanged, the uniting of the sand and of course the kiss. many of these turned out amazing an are in the process of being photo shopped. After this the easier stuff, in my opinion, came. We shot the people congratulating them. We shot the regular photos, of the bride and groom, the best man, etc. after all this we shot the dinner, the toasts, and the document signing.

Some of the last stuff that Romark and i choose to have fun with. it was the cutting of the cake and the first dance. We enjoyed showing the two try to get these big pieces of cake into each others mouths. And during the dance we tried many angles and one of which was hilarious to me. the wedding was a success and they will be receiving these photos once i finish them.

My friend had seen them on myspace and had made an attempt to try to get then to work with the advertising project we were starting. They agreed to do so but unfortunately the project never took off. Farve Vs. His Long Time Team The Packers

Favre was once again on the field with the Green Bay Packer, only this time he was their opponent. He had played as their quarterback but two years ago was in a rude way forced out because they felt as if his time as a starter had come to an end. They forced him out in order to give their future, Aaron Rodgers, The starting position. He was pushed to retire and when he came back was quickly traded to the New York Jets. He was not comfortable here so he decided to retire once again. Next season he was presented with the opportunity to come to the Minnesota Vikings, the rivals of his former team. He was very indecisive but eventually choose to go to the Viking, which led to this rivalry game in week Four.

It was on Monday night football and was following a great winning throw for Brett Favre with ten seconds left against the San Francisco 49er's. The hype for this game was huge and in my opinion it lived up to it. It was a shootout for the first four touchdowns. It went back and fourth 14-14. Then the Vikings scored two more times to make it 28-14. This was monumental because 3 of these four touchdowns had been passes from Brett Favre. This in itself was a kind of statement saying: Hey i can play and I'm here to take this team far. This seemed to have a huge impact because of their current record of 4-0, and because they beat a long time rival.

Favre has gained a respect from his knew team and continues to become more and more comfortable with them. As the season continues he will fall into sync with his receivers and his running backs. His offensive line and him have already connected and they continue to do all in their power to protect him. This showed in the Game because he was not sacked at all the entire game.

After they scored the 28 points the Packers had the ball on their own 2 yard line. this is always a dangerous area because you are in a situation where you can be sacked for a safety. This is what happened. Jared Allen rushed in with a mission to get Rodgers. Throughout the game Jared Allen had 5 and 1/2 sacks, a monumental number.

The packers ended up scoring a touchdown and missing the 2 point conversion to make it 30-20. The later made a field goal to make it 30-23. They attempted a onside kick to gain possession of the ball but were unsuccessful due to the amazing effort of Simion Rice. This caused the game to end with the Vikings on top 30-23.

After the game many of Favre's former team came to greet him with lots of respect. One of which was his former receiver Donald Driver. Favre was pushed out by his former team and was replaced by his student. Even with this he had nothing but respect for the young quarterback and greeted him on the field after the game had ended.
